I have added Meditation services to my website because I know that if it can help me, it will help you as well.This for me is usually a 2-3 hour process. You don't have to pay for ingredients as I have them available at home. The service alone is all you pay for. For this process I burn candles, listen to meditation music, use a blend of natural herbs and oils and pray over any situations that you may need healing on. The herbs that I use have medicine in them as well so, they can help with anxiety and depression.  This does have an affect on relationships with others as well as yourself. This is completely harmless I wouldn't put this out there if it was dangerous in any way.
