Don't have paypal or maybe you're located in a nonpaypal country or state? That won't be a problem! I also take credit/debit card payments.  You DON'T have to have paypal to purchase any of my services. However, when you use a credit or debit Card, whatever amount you send will go directly into MY Paypal balance/account. Also, I can now accept payments internationally! :) Please send payment in USD Currency.

Due to the number of services available, being in high demand, the way my paypal account is set up and many other reasons, unfortunately, I don't promise or give refunds. It costs an extra fee to send refunds and I do not always have the available funds to do so.  With that being said please do take your time when placing an order. Once you have purchased and/or received a reading from me,   I won't be able to reimburse it to you. In the past I have gotten request for readings in and they were purchased and also sent to the person who requested the reading, but they didn't receive it. Sometimes there are technical difficulties with emails and I understand that. Luckily, at times I forget to delete the readings so if you come back early enough, I can try to resend you the reading. Also, always check your spam folder as well as your inbox. Sometimes that's where your reading will be hiding. If not, if I still have the reading in my email, I will be more than happy to resend it to you. 
If you are using  e-check as a payment method, I can't provide you with what you purchased yet until it gives me clearance/confirmation that the payment was successful and that can take up to 6 to 8 business days. If the payment declined for some reason I will contact you personally and will give you a copy of the declined/failed payment receipt and we will go from there. If you've already gotten your reading and I get a failed payment notice later (which does happen) I will contact you and we'll
 have to make payment arrangements and for that I will send you the receipt  as well. If you fail to reply back to me in regards to situations such as these within two weeks, I can no longer assist you with my services until your bill is paid in full as it won't be fair to the clients that have paid. If you contact me prior, then we can discuss a payment plan.

Payment Plans Are no longer accepted as  it has been abused and nobody keeps the promise of paying at a later time. I also don't offer free services.  Also, services cannot be altered. What you see is what you get. Please read the descriptions of the service before purchasing or email me to find out more about them. I know most people like a large amount of detail, but that is not the way that I work. I cannot force spirit to tell me something. The amount of detail will vary from person to person. Sometimes it is brief, but it does get the questions answered. If spirit feels that you need to know more she will relay me that information while I am administering your reading.  Why pay so much for brief detail? It takes a lot of time, energy, and effort to tune into things. I don't just pull answers out of a hat and I am very dedicated to my work. 
Refunds Are Only Given For The Following Reasons-

1. If you'd like to cancel an Order that you have not yet received. Within 24 hours if the order isn't canceled you won't receive a refund.

2. If you have purchased the wrong service and would like to reorder.

1. You weren't satisfied with the reading/services. The work is already done, I have already sent you your order and it takes time, effort and energy to tune into your situations and questions and it is very draining. It's not a package that you can open and return.

2. If the Reading has already been sent to you.
